Job Description

As a Driver at ADCB, your primary responsibility will be to provide transportation services and assistance while maintaining high levels of service quality in accordance with the department’s policies and SOPs. Key responsibilities include:

Key Working Relationships

• ADCB Employees: Providing support and assistance for transportation and job orders.
• Line Manager: Seeking approvals and providing daily updates on activities.
• Local and Federal Government Authorities: Liaising for the delivery of documents or items.
• Employee and Admin Affairs Colleagues: Taking and completing job orders and providing daily activity updates.

Accountabilities

1. Execution of Duties: Monitoring vehicles daily and providing efficient transportation services while adhering to traffic rules and regulations.
2. Chauffeur Services: Providing chauffeur services to the bank’s executives for business trips, ensuring high-quality service.
3. Mail Deliveries: Delivering secured documents to various Government authorities and obtaining acknowledgments promptly.
4. Vehicle Cleanliness: Ensuring vehicles are clean, tidy, and hygienic according to service standards.
5. Policies, Processes, Systems, and Procedures: Adhering to organizational and departmental policies, processes, and standard operating procedures.
6. Self-Management: Managing oneself in line with the bank’s people management policies to maximize contribution to business performance.
7. Customer Service: Demonstrating ADCB’s commitment to service standards in all interactions with internal and external customers.

Skills

Experience, Qualifications & Competencies:

• Minimum Experience: At least 2 years of experience in driving vehicles for senior officials within the UAE.
• Minimum Qualifications: Completion of High School.
• Professional Qualifications: Valid UAE License.
